Mission Statement: To encourage excellence by recognizing, honoring, and celebrating accomplishments of Harrisburg's community members.
Goals: Educate Harrisburg youth to our tradition of heritage. Join existing youth groups and agencies in educating, mentoring, and providing opportunities for young people to succeed.
